POSITION DETAILS : + Position: Psychiatric RN's + Location : Bradenton, FL + Shift : 12hr shifts weekdays with rotating weekends + 36hr/48hr SET Schedule ( Bi-weekly OVERTIME GTD) Rotation - Week 1 - 3 days of working Week 2 - 4 days of working (paid OT) ---Back to week 1 schedule ---Back to week 2 schedule ROTATION Continued... Days or Nights (Higher chances with Nights preference) + 13 weeks + extension possibility + Start - 2-3 weeks out (12/1 or 12/7) + Local- $42-43 starting (up to $45 with tenure after 6months) (Must be flexible with upcoming holidays) Requirements : Must have prev. 1+ years of recent psychiatric setting/environment experience. The Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse,requires a wide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise.PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition tothe assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance usedisorders. The nurse demonstratesability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner anddemonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination ofpatient care. The PMH RN works in avariety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families,and communities when applicable.
