Task Scope
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls from leads, providing exceptional customer service.
- Safely drive the after-school van, ensuring the well-being and comfort of children.
- Manage kids during transportation, fostering a secure and positive environment.
- Set up lead appointments and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry and document transcribing.
- Proofread documents to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle payments and manage merchandise transactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus.
- Driver's License
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in typing and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
