- Sales and Promotion:
- Visit smoke shops and dispensaries in your area to promote and sell Cookies THCA products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information to potential customers.
- Lead Management:
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Performance and Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Base Salary: $17 per hour.
- Bonuses and Incentives: Generous bonus structure based on sales performance.
- Commission: Earn commissions on every reorder from customers for 6 months after the initial sale, provided you continue to manage the lead.
- Tiered Commissions: Additional tiered commissions to incentivize high performance and drive sales growth.
- Fuel Reimbursement: Fuel expenses reimbursed based on mileage consumed.
