Job Overview :

We are seeking a part-time Surgically Trained General Dentist to join a well-established dental practice in Crystal River, FL. This position is ideal for an experienced provider with advanced training in implant placement, extractions, and complex treatment planning. The ideal candidate will manage all surgical and complex cases, including extractions, implant placements, endodontics (including molar endo when appropriate), and Invisalign. This is a flexible part-time opportunity requiring 3 days per week, with scheduling options tailored to the provider's availability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all surgical or complex cases, including extractions, implant placements, molar endodontics, and Invisalign.
• Develop and coordinate personalized treatment plans for patients requiring advanced care.
• Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and aftercare to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by adhering to all regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in surgical dentistry.

Requirements:

• A DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Florida dental license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical dentistry with expertise in implants and complex cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
