Moretrench Industrial is seeking a results-drivenProject Administratorto join our team at the project site inBartow, Florida. Project administrators oversee clerical and key accounting duties for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting functions for various projects.
• Collect and process paperwork verifying for accuracy.
• Communicate daily with the project field personnel.
• Communicate with vendors and clients.
• Track and enter payroll (PR) hours.
• Track and enter equipment hours.
• Review and approve AP invoices in workflow process, and contact vendor if invoice is incorrect or missing.
• Create PO requisitions and submit them to vendors.
• Receiving on POs once verified with field and track POs to increase/close.
• Create T&M Billings.
• Client reports if needed and/or client system data entry if needed.
• Audit project to ensure all materials were billed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience ina related field encouraged.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Previous experience with working with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office and of project manager tools.
• Associates or Technical degree preferred but not required.
