Accounts Receivable Associate

BERCO is a busy and growing beverage and food equipment service company looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to invoice customers and to perform other administrative tasks. We're seeking someone who is reliable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, demonstrates strong collaboration skills, and is committed to teamwork and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

• Daily invoicing and quoting within ERP system.


• Submitting invoices to customers in portals or via email.


• Processing warranty claims.


• Inventory management tasks (computer-based).


• Answering phones.


• Other miscellaneous tasks/projects.

• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously needed.


• Strong follow-through skills and organizational skills.


• Strong verbal and mathematical skills.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.


• QuickBooks/ERP experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• Education: High School graduate, or GED required.


• Experience: 1 or more years of administrative experience.

BERCO, a Helios company, compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18.00 per hour in our lowest geographic market up to $20.00 per hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
