About the Role:
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about interior design? Emerald Coast Flooring America is looking for a Showroom Manager & Sales Coordinator to spearhead our Crestview location. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, greeting guests and helping them select beautiful, whole-home flooring and custom shower designs, while acting as the operational backbone that keeps our sales team moving smoothly.

We set our team members up for absolute success. You will spend your first 60 days training on-site with our experienced Showroom Manager at our Fort Walton Beach location to learn our systems, products, and processes inside and out before taking ownership of the Crestview showroom.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire Clients: Greet walk-in customers, learn about their home improvement goals, and guide them through beautiful design selections.
• Curate the Showroom: Keep our display floors looking stunning by selecting new samples, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment (including the showroom floor and restroom).
• Keep Us Tracked: Oversee the sample checkout process, ensuring we follow up daily and weekly on samples out past 48 hours.
• Empower the Sales Team: Assist sales representatives with drafting estimates, editing work orders, and prepping customer paperwork.
• Manage Transactions: Securely facilitate and process showroom payments.

What We Are Looking For:

• A natural knack for organization, tracking systems, and administrative follow-up.
• A warm, professional customer service presence with a sharp eye for color, texture, and design.
• Strong computer skills to manage work orders, estimates, and payment processing systems.
• Reliable transportation for the initial 60-day training period in Fort Walton Beach, before transitioning permanently to the Crestview showroom.

Compensation & Growth:

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour.
• Paid Training: Full-time, comprehensive 60-day on-site training in Fort Walton Beach.
• 90-Day Review: After completing your training and your first 30 days independently at the Crestview location (90 days total employment), we will conduct a performance assessment with the opportunity to move to $24.00 per hour .

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or flooring/home improvement industry
• Strong knowledge of flooring products, including hardwood, tile, carpet, and luxury vinyl
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for coordinating sales and installation schedules
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic office software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead a team in a retail showroom environment
