We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  to provide K–12 school-based services  for the 2025–2026 school year . Whether you're an experienced school SLP or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

• Caseload:  Multiple caseloads available (K–12)
• Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• Hours:  37.5 – 40 hours/week
• Dates:  August 4, 2025 – May 29, 2026
• Location: Â Onsite in Florida (hybrid may be possible for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration and organization skills
