Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, generate leads, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with Florida real estate laws and regulations. This role requires strong sales skills, a client-first mindset, and adherence to the ethical and legal standards of the profession. We are seeking three client-focused Realtors to serve the following markets. Tampa, Fort Myers, and Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of these diverse markets, a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, and the ability to navigate residential, commercial, and investment transactions from listing to closing
Key Responsibilities:
· Represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.
· Prospect, generate, and follow up on leads using Petra Worldwide’s systems and personal networks.
· Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.
· Advise clients on pricing, marketing, and contract negotiations.
· Attend weekly sales meetings.
· Produce and post weekly content for social media.
· Participate in a monthly real estate podcast.
· Prepare and submit offers, contracts, and related documentation in compliance with
· Florida law.
· Deliver all escrow deposits to the broker no later than the next business day.
· Maintain accurate and complete client files (minimum 5 years record retention per
· REC requirements.
· Ensure all advertising and marketing materials comply with FREC advertising
· regulations.
· Uphold Fair Housing standards, avoiding all forms of discrimination.
· Complete required continuing education and post-licensing coursework to maintain
· an active license.
· Attend brokerage meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
· Stay informed of real estate trends, pricing, inventory, and community developments
· in your specified areas. Maintain current knowledge of market trends and real estate
· laws. Utilize Petra Properties marketing tools, CRM, Front Office, and Transaction Desk.
· Create and manage property listings in MLS and other platforms.
· Coordinate professional photography, videography, and staging.
· Execute marketing strategies across digital and print channels.
· Promote company services, accounting, and taxes to clients.
Required Qualifications:
· Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license (in good standing).
· Completion of all DBPR and FREC required education.
· Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law, contracts, and transaction procedures.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
· Must carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance.
Must comply with the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate sales. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) a plus.
· Knowledge of tax or financial strategies relating to real estate transactions.
· 3-5 years of real estate experience, including closed transactions.
· Thorough knowledge of real estate transactions.
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation:
· 100% commission-based.
· Commission split and structure per Independent Contractor Agreement.
· Company client leads 50/50 split.
· Agent-generated leads 80/20 split
· Opportunities for bonuses and growth within the brokerage.
Work Environment:
· Flexible schedule, work from home, remote.
· Must be available for client meetings, property showings, and weekend open houses as required.
