B2B Sales Executive

In this exciting role, you'll drive new business development in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You'll manage the entire sales process—from generating leads to sealing the deal—while collaborating closely with account managers and your sales team to build and foster mutually beneficial client relationships. Hit the ground running, and you could be earning $100K in your first year!

What you’ll be doing :

• Spot and qualify promising potential clients.
• Kick off the sales journey by booking appointments, understanding client needs, and delivering compelling presentations.
• Seal the deal by building trust with prospects, showcasing our service strengths, addressing concerns, and finalizing contracts.
• Dedicate at least 20 hours each week to prospecting new business.
• Effectively use and update your customer relationship management system (CRM) to keep all client information organized.
• Manage and nurture your Hot 25 client list within the CRM for targeted engagement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support our growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience, prefer most recent job experience in outside sales
• Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)
• Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
• Proficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales data
• Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
• Outgoing, dynamic personality
• Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged
• Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close
• An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong MS Office

Base Pay

$53K (We do annual raises in December for the following year.)

Aggressive Commissions

$135 - $155K Per Year

Day One Expenses that Employees Are Eligible For:

Monthly Car Expense : $550 Right now b/c gas is over $4 per gallon. Usually, $500 per month when things are normal.

Monthly Phone Expense : $40
