Operations Assistant
We are looking for our next Assistant, who will be part of our Realty team, assisting both our Broker and Transaction Coordinator in every financial and administrative documents related to our sales closing process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and monitoring transaction timelines, pending documents, signatures, payments, commissions, taxes, and closing-related follow-ups, while overseeing the financial activities and payment structures associated with each luxury real estate project.
Document support throughout the entire sales process, including preparing contracts, reviewing documentation, and coordinating any required revisions or changes as needed.
Lease and renewal document management.
Experience in AI tools focused on automations and reviewing documents in the Administrative/legal field.
Coordinating with internal teams, agents, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and external partners and/or vendors when needed.
Requirements:
Work days from Tuesday to Saturday (Monday and Sunday off) 9am to 6pm.
C1-C2 English level.
Bilingual administrative, legal assistant or financial assistant (+2 years).
Previous experience assisting high executives is a must.
High attention to detail and organization in document management.
High G-suite.
High AI knowledge and experience (MUST)
