What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Call Center Telemarketer to join our team.

As a Call Center Telemarketer, you will play a critical role in prospecting and acquiring new clients from various sources, communicating with them in a friendly and professional manner, and transferring them to our acquisition agents.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure that you are fully equipped to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the homeowner's concerns.
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
• Deal with doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Requirements and skills:

• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (Microsoft Excel, etc.) and telephone systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
