Business Finance sales representative (Salary plus commission)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends and customer needs, ensuring that our products and services meet their expectations. We offer full training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and live leads.
- Manage territory sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales techniques and improve overall performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or Merchant Cash Advance sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively and engage potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
- Technical sales experience is advantageous, particularly in understanding product specifications and market demands.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
