As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

As part of the Utilities CX Solutions team you will lead the implementation of innovative customer experience solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams, fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of technology in the utilities sector, leveraging your knowledge to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive impactful change.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering preferred
- Certifications and/or technical implementation experience with applications such as SEW SCM / SmartCX, SEW SMW, Oracle CC&B, SAP IS-U, SAP S/4, CRM applications, etc.
- Demonstrating technical leadership in enterprise-level applications
- Managing technical resources and vendor relationships
- Understanding DevOps and CI/CD methodologies
- Keeping up with Power and Utilities Industry technology trends
- Conducting journey mapping and persona creation
- Facilitating testing and validation of customer experience solutions
- Working with stakeholders to build technology roadmaps

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
