Bilingual Production Lead
Production Lead
Night Shift 6 PM-6 AM
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate food production regulatory guidance, training, and compliance for all food production employees.
- Assist in the development and inspection of raw food production material specifications.
- Facilitate customer inspections of food production products, services, and facilities.
- Lead the recruitment process of food production employees, providing training and orientation for new hires.
- Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

- Proficient in financial planning and strategic thinking.
- Skilled in coaching, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Experience managing processes and performance effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree or related studies in food science, business, food technology, or operations management.
- 3-5 years of experience in food production, operations management, food technology, or related fields.
- Working knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards.
- Previous bakery experience is highly desired.
