: Responsibilities: About Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH): Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over 70 years. Part of the Manatee Healthcare System, the hospital has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. The 295-bed hospital with over 800 physicians, residents and allied health professionals, offers advanced healthcare services in a caring and compassionate environment. Services include cardiac care and cardiovascular medicine, emergency care for all ages, surgery services — including robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci® Surgical System, a weight-loss program, orthopedic services, outpatient and inpatient radiology and rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care and women's and children's services. Manatee Memorial Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs.

Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of hospital-wide revenue and expenses as well as statistical information. Assist in financial processes of month end, audit and statutory reporting. Maintain balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliations on a monthly basis. Also performs liaison duties associated with the ongoing support and maintenance of all revenue/charge applications including Patient Admitting & Registration, Patient Accounting, Medical Records and all charge generating departments at all facilities in the system. Responsible for completing reports, audits, logs and resolving system errors daily. Responsible for pricing and activating all patient charges at the facility level including the room and bed master. Prepare financial package for corporate office. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in healthcare accounting or related environment preferred
• Proficient in operating a 10 key calculator
• PC Literate in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products
