Our spa has been open since Nov 2021 & we are growing! Our spa is located in the Clearwater Mall shopping plaza. We are located right next to Burlington & are across from Panera. We do what we can to make sure we are giving our clients an exceptional experience every time they visit us. We pride ourselves with having a friendly staff & awesome client base! We are in need of talented LMTs that share a goal in becoming the best location in the area. We are looking for at least 3 more hires. We need evening/weekend shift coverages. We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus to qualifying applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

The way we set our pay range for this posting is what our LMTs average per hour including enhanced treatments. Not including tip. Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour.
