We are seeking a dedicated Health and Wellness Optimization Practitioner to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people achieve their maximum potential along their health and fitness journey through various health care means and possess the skills necessary to provide exceptional care.

Duties
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients seeking to have a better quality of life within their health, wellness and fitness journey
- Provide counseling and support to clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate clients on health conditions, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices

Experience
- Required Skills:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant License
- Ability to assess, treat and educate patients on overall health and fitness topics
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge or experience in weight loss, gym, or health coaching
- Familiarity or experience in a health club setting
