A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LIFESTYLE CENTER CONCIERGE:

As a Lifestyle Center Concierge , you will be working in our 3-story Lifestyle Center, providing excellent customer service to members, tenants, and clientele of Bonita Bay Club. You will provide administrative and clerical support to the administration functions of the club, and take Spa & Salon reservations. This position serves as a liaison between members and the accounting department to assist in billing problem resolution. You will assist with Spa payroll, and receiving merchandise, as well as oversee the coordination of the Lifestyle Center Cardrrom. You will work closely with Spa, Fitness, and Food & Beverage staff to provide excellent service to the Lifestyle Center's clientele. You will provide member services such as faxes, copies, and notary public services, and you will maintain the reservation books for Club members.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available to work some weekend days and holidays.
• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma and 5 year's secretarial experience
• Must be able to type a minimum of 60 correct wpm, and be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
• Required experience in interpersonal operations and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and accurate
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have an understanding of BBC's corporate philosophy and how it relates to administrative operations
• Must be customer service oriented. Must be a proactive team member of the staff
• Must be in compliance with and actively support a Drug-Free Workplace
• Productively solve problems. Develop and propose solutions to problems that occur. Anticipate the needs of staff and membership and react in a timely manner.
