Senior Product Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product development and management. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from proposal through sale, and lead a cross functional team including sales, operations, engineering, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product management process, including proposal, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision and strategy.
- P&L management
- Manage project timelines
- Foster strong communication across teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Travel requirements will be approximately 25%
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management
- 4-year college degree (engineering or business degree preferred)
- 5+ years minimum product leadership experience
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
