Client Experience & Strategic Sourcing Coordinator

What your week looks like
Picture this: you start your morning reviewing overnight customer requests, prioritizing what needs a quick callback or an urgent status check. You open the procurement queue to confirm open purchase orders, touch base with suppliers to negotiate ship dates, and log every detail so our records are crisp and current. Midday, you huddle with internal teams to streamline handoffs, then pivot to the inventory dashboard to spot low-stock items and initiate timely replenishment. Before you wrap, you compile a brief update highlighting procurement progress and customer insights, and scan industry news to keep our service and sourcing practices ahead of the curve.
The impact you’ll make
- Delight customers by handling questions, resolving issues, and following through to ensure satisfaction.
 - Drive purchasing activities: source reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and prepare or manage purchase orders.
 - Document everything—customer interactions and procurement actions—so information is accurate and accessible.
 - Partner across teams to refine processes and elevate service delivery.
 - Watch inventory levels and trigger replenishment to keep operations running smoothly.
 - Stay current on best practices in customer support and procurement to continuously improve.
 - Create reports and presentations to communicate purchasing status and summarize customer feedback.
 
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline is a plus.
 - Hands-on experience in customer service and purchasing (or a closely related function).
 - Confident communicator with a service-first mindset and strong relationship skills.
 - Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
 - Comfort with Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement platforms/tools.
 - Thrives both independently and in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
 - Solid problem-solving abilities and clear thinking under pressure.
