ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries to ensure a positive client experience.
Provide accurate information about Adan Financial Services Corp's products and services, making sure customers fully understand what's being offered.
Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction, maintaining a positive impression of our services.
Document and record details of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints to enhance service effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer care and high-quality service.
Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated on product offerings and service enhancements.
RequirementsMust have be licensed for P&C, 4-40 or 2-20 .
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and positivity.
Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in customer data entry and communication.
