Senior Product Owner (Fintech / Automotive | Agile Environment)

We’re seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of scalable technology solutions that support both internal teams and external partners. This role sits at the center of product, engineering, and business operations—driving initiatives that improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, partnering across the organization to build high-impact, revenue-generating solutions in a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Agile teams to deliver and scale core platforms, including eContracting, product rating, lender integrations, remittance, and reporting tools
• Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning priorities with client needs, compliance requirements, and business goals
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to federal, state, and lender regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and external partners to prioritize features and resolve issues
• Manage and refine the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive high-quality product delivery with a strong focus on intuitive UI/UX
• Support integrations with DMS providers, lenders, payment processors, and third-party systems
• Lead release planning, scope management, and risk mitigation to ensure predictable delivery
• Partner with Sales and Training to support successful product launches and enhancements
• Guide QA efforts to ensure robust testing, particularly for financial calculations and compliance workflows
• Stay ahead of industry trends in automotive finance, compliance, and digital technology

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience delivering software products in an Agile environment
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and owning the full product lifecycle
• Strong background in fintech, automotive (RSA), or financial services (preferred)
• Experience with lender integrations, DMS systems, or insurance/financial platforms
• Deep understanding of regulated environments and compliance-driven development
• Strong analytical skills, especially in financial calculations and transaction workflows
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Experience writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience with RSA products (e.g., eContracting, dispatch networks, motor club, or travel services)
• Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
