**Position: Bookkeeper (Travel/Meetings/Events)**

**Reports to:** Accounting Manager (Global), CEO - Americas (Local)

**Start Date:** Immediate

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper in our Hollywood, FL office. If you are passionate about numbers and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Bookkeeper, your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Daily bookkeeping for three company accounts
- Regular maintenance of QuickBooks and QB Projects
- Assisting the Accounting Manager with all USA-based accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, tracking client funds, and following up on hotel commission payments
- Monitoring hotel points and card rewards for company use
- Keeping important office records and documentation organized
- Managing office overhead and basic office management tasks
- Collaborating with an outside accounting firm to review and reconcile accounts monthly, under the supervision of the Accounting Manager
- Generating and providing reports to the Accounting Manager via QuickBooks as needed
- Supporting the CEO - Americas with various tasks as required

**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with a preference for experience using the Projects feature
- Background in an accounting department role within the hospitality, travel, meetings, or events industry
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills to effectively support three different entities
