The Role

As a Project Manager, youll be the bridge between the plan and the action. Youll coordinate every aspect of the projectfrom labor schedules to material procurementwith precision and efficiency. This role isnt for the faint-heartedits for someone who thrives on making things happen .

What Youll Do

• Orchestrate the dance between the job site and the office.
• Ensure communication flows seamlesslybecause clarity is king.
• Maintain craftsmanship, meet specifications, and deliver customer satisfaction on every project.
• Make sharp decisions on manpower and equipment to keep production humming.
• Keep projects on schedule and clients happy, all while balancing operational feasibility.
• Inspect, refine, and optimizebecause good enough isnt in your vocabulary.

What We Need From You

Youll thrive in this role if you bring:

• A minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager in Florida roofing.
• OUTSTANDING communication skillsyoure a master communicator.
• Reliability under pressureyou keep calm and deliver .
• A detail-oriented, highly organized mindset.
• Physical readiness: walk steep roofs, climb ladders, lift 75 lbs.
• Leadership ability to rally and guide field teams.
• A valid Florida drivers license and the ability to meet insurance requirements (25+).
• A strong understanding of roofing practices, codes, and OSHA compliance.
