Position Overview
The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional customer service and supporting front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and check-ins
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required
