NPPS, an established industry recruitment firm in the printing and packaging trades which has a branch office in south Tampa is seeking a solid inside sales professional to join our small team of recruiters. We are looking for a team player and a positive attitude that exudes exemplary work ethics, tenacity, creativity and innovativeness. You will be calling into the Converting, Printing and Packaging trades. Your focus is in equipment, supplies and consumables for the trades. Your goals is to have conversations with hiring managers and Human Resource departments. Successful technical Recruiters and Account Managers are encouraged to apply. Applicants should possess at least 3-5 years of inside sales or technical recruiting experience. Understanding of the Printing and Packaging industries is a huge plus! Ability to discover new and passive candidates as well as network and nurture the ongoing relationships for future hires and referrals are key. Excellent communication and written skills are a must. We offer excellent benefits and opportunities to become a leader in this growing organization. Compensation is a Draw VS Commission structure with earning potential to range $40,000 to $60,000 first year. Ideally, second year you can achieve a six figure income with us. Medical, dental, vision and a 401k program is included in the offer.
