Front Desk Agent
Florida Sports and Family Health Center is looking for a full time Front Desk Agent.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish a plus).
- Verifiable employment references.
- EHR experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, making/canceling/confirming appointments.
- Check in/check out of customers.
- Maintaining/updating EHR.
- Scanning/uploading documents to EHR.
