Director Of Nursing
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the nursing department, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve nursing goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality Improvement: Oversee quality improvement initiatives, including quality assurance, patient safety, and infection control.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and dedicated nurses, providing guidance and support to achieve excellent patient care.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including administration, social services, and therapy, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Experience: Minimum Years of 5 years Experience
