The Role

The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. You will be responsible for streamlining operations, driving key initiatives, and ensuring organizational priorities are executed efficiently. This role is ideal for a highly organized, resourceful professional who can navigate between high-level strategy and granular execution seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO to define and implement company goals; lead the execution of high-impact projects.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily activities, ensure cross-departmental alignment, and optimize workflows to increase efficiency.
• Executive Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders; draft high-level presentations and reports.
• Initiative Management: Manage special projects from concept to completion, tracking progress and measuring results for leadership.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of accountability and support recruitment and professional development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3+ years in business operations, consulting, or executive-level support with a track record of managing complex projects.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

Adaptability: Strong business acumen and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.

Tech Savvy: Strong command of Microsoft 365 suite; experience with monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.
