We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at HomeWell Care Services FL233 in Fort Myers, FL. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our mission to provide quality care to our clients and their families. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a strong sales background, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations
- Visit nursing homes, rehab centers, client homes, and social events to establish connections
- Collect high-potential data in assigned territories and perform in-home assessments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Compensation : Competitive pay + commission and bonuses
- Transportation : Weekly gas allowance and company vehicle provided
- Proven experience in sales and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and Ability to travel locally with the community
- Passion for providing quality care to clients and their families
