Looking for a part time Bookkeeping assistant and ADMIN. to learn our system and eventually take over the accounting function for our company. This can develop into a full-time position. Will also train on client administration. This position is a hybrid position which will require on site office time during the initial stages, and then blend into a on-site/at home hybrid opportunity.

Successful candidate will have at least a high school degree, be fluent in English, and a good working knowledge of Quick Books accounting software and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel. Working hours are flexible, but there are strict deadlines which must be met. Pay level is dependent on bookkeeping validation and experience level.

We run a small administrative office for our business which is a wholesale furniture sales agency. This agency sells every major furniture retailer in the state of Florida and represents major manufacturers to retailers located in the state of Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.

Part-Time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks & Excel) – Hybrid location (Fort Lauderdale 33309)

Responsibilities: -

-Maintain records in QuickBooks

- Bank and credit card reconciliations

- Accounts payable and receivable

- Monthly reporting support -

- Prepare records for CPA

- Identify discrepancies

Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience

- QuickBooks proficiency - Excel skills

- Detail-oriented

-Ability to work independently

- Schedule & Compensation:

- 10–20 hours/week

-$20-$24/hour

- Hybrid role Office and remote[home] location.
