HVAC Install Helper

We are currently seeking an HVAC Install Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist the lead installer in residential HVAC change-outs. Responsibilities
- Assist the lead installer in residential HVAC change-outs.
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC (3 years preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- EPA Type II certification (preferred).
Compensation
The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 .
