Job Summary
Do you have a passion for leading a team to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience? Perkins American Food Co. is looking for a Shift Supervisor who is dedicated, ambitious and seeks opportunities to grow their career. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily shifts, delegate tasks, and resolve problems as they arise. The Shift Supervisor works under the direction of the General Manager.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
