Corporate Office Manager – Orlando, FL

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our corporate headquarters, which houses our marketing & social media team, case managers, and outreach departments. This role supports leadership, ensures smooth coordination across departments, and plays a hands-on role in the grant writing and grant management process. Ideal for a proactive, people-focused leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 45 hours per week
Location: Orlando, FL (local travel between office sites required)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate office operations and staff performance
• Supervise, train, and motivate administrative and department teams
• Manage office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Support HR with interviewing and onboarding
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
• Lead grant writing, grant submissions, and reporting processes
• Fill in for management coverage as needed
• Participate in leadership support and community outreach events

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven office or operations management experience
• Grant writing and grant process experience required
• People-centered with strong interpersonal communication and active listening
• Comfortable engaging in sensitive and confidential conversations
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse cultures, identities, and backgrounds
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential and financial information with discretion
• Willingness to travel locally as needed

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree required
(Business, Accounting, Finance, or related operations fields preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• $51,000 – $65,000 base salary (based on experience)
