Prep Cook
• Complete daily prep lists accurately and on schedule.
• Wash, cut, portion, label, and store ingredients according to recipe and yield standards.
• Prepare stocks, sauces, dressings, vegetables, proteins, and other assigned components.
• Maintain proper rotation, storage, sanitation, and food-safety practices.
• Communicate shortages promptly and support line cooks during setup and service.
• Keep prep areas and equipment clean and organized. Qualifications
• Professional prep or kitchen experience.
• Strong knife skills, organization, and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Scratch-kitchen, upscale, or fine-dining experience preferred.
• Available mornings, weekends, and holidays.
