Title of Position: Floating General Manager
Job Description: As the Floating General Manager, you'll oversee assigned unit operations and maintain relationships with Hourly Employees, Corporate and Regional Employees and guests. The role will encompass recruiting, training and retention of employees. You'll implement ongoing training and administer the restaurant hourly compensation program.
Ensure food complies with SOP, including specifications, recipes, plating and garnishes. Serve food to the correct temperature, within standard ticket times.

Qualifications:
· The Floating General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
· Open availability is a requirement for the Floating General Manager
· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Floating General Manager
· The Floating General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Floating General Manager
