Junior PPC Specialist (META)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Launching and optimizing paid META advertising campaigns.

• Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

• Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for competitive international markets.

• Conducting A/B tests and experimenting to improve performance.

• Monitoring campaign metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion performance.

• Working closely with designers and senior media buyers to improve ad creatives and campaign results.

What We’re Looking For

• A "get things done" mindset.

• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Interest in digital marketing, paid social, or performance marketing.

• Experience with META Ads Manager is a plus, but not required.
