Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer - Remote | WFH

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in engaging with prospective borrowers. You'll be the go-to person to explain our loan programs, answer questions, assess whether there's a good mutual fit, and guide clients through the closing process. Your role will involve working with our proprietary software, as well as engaging with clients via phone, text, and email. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping move loans forward and ensuring timely closures. Responsibilities:

Clearly explain our value proposition, products, and processes to borrowers.
Drive sales using a consultative, client-first approach.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, with an expected origination volume of $5 million+ per month.
Cultivate long-term relationships with borrowers, ensuring repeat business.
Communicate effectively with borrowers via phone, email, and SMS.
Be available after hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
Be able to travel to the West Hartford office once per quarter for team collaboration and training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of successful experience as a loan originator or officer in commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate.
Highly motivated with a strong ability to work independently and efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide an outstanding customer experience.
A book of business is a plus.
