Position Overview

We are hiring both part-time and full-time Life Insurance Agents for remote and local roles.

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes effort, discipline, and consistency. But if you’re self-motivated with a strong sense of purpose, you’ll have a team behind you every step of the way.

All new agents participate in a 1-week training program covering:

Phone and appointment setting skills

CRM usage

Client interactions

Underwriting & application processes

Submission workflows

As a broker, you'll represent over 40 top-rated insurance carriers, giving you the flexibility to meet every client's unique needs and budget.

What You’ll Do

Connect with clients via phone, chat, Zoom, or in person

Educate and guide clients through our life insurance offerings

Deliver top-tier service with professionalism and integrity

Attend weekly training to stay sharp and up-to-date

Maintain accurate client records and provide ongoing support

Resolve client concerns efficiently and effectively

Strive to exceed personal sales and growth goals

What We’re Looking For

A valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one — we can guide you through the process)

High ethical standards and a client-first mindset

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented individuals

Team players willing to support others when needed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools (training provided)

Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
