A respected, long-established yacht builder and marine service company in Stuart, FL is hiring a Marine Service Project Manager to lead yacht service and repair projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Manage yacht service and repair projects from intake through completion
• Coordinate schedules, resources, vendors, trade shops, and internal teams
• Track timelines, budgets, and project progress
• Communicate updates and scope changes with customers
• Support parts/material planning and procurement coordination
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and risk planning
• Help deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 2+ years of project management experience in marine, construction, manufacturing, or a related technical field
• Strong organizational and customer communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, project tracking tools)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred

• Experience with yacht service, yacht repair, refit, or boatbuilding
• Knowledge of marine systems and yacht construction/service processes
• Experience with Monday.com, DockMaster , or similar software
• Degree in Project Management, Business, Marine Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Day shift (typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM )
