BG Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support a residential community in Tampa, FL (33611). This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sales or customer service background, and is looking for a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and email
- Conduct property tours and effectively present community features and amenities
- Process rental applications, leases, and required documentation accurately
- Maintain resident files and update property management systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up with prospects
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
- Basic computer and data entry skills
