Pool Troopers is hiring a Commercial Pool Technician for a full-time opportunity in the Ft Myers/ Naples, FL area.

Pay ranges from $22-$24 an hour depending on experience.

As a Commercial Pool Technician with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and service of both commercial and residential pools on a specific route.

Commercial Pool Technicians work outdoors and will conduct daily scheduled pool service and water maintenance following company procedures. A company vehicle will provided for transportation purposes. Military experience is a plus!

We don’t want just anyone as a Commercial Pool Technician with Pool Troopers. A true Pool Trooper has traits that just can’t be taught, such as; strong work ethic, accountability, grit, determination, and maybe most important of all, desire to always perform at their best. The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-starter, honest, dependable and able to pass a background check, including an acceptable driving record.

Requirements

Certified Pool Operator Certification (CPO) - Preferred

1 year minimum of commercial pool experience

Knowledge of commercial pool equipment

Knowledge of DOH requirements for a commercial pool

Able to recognize problems before they arise

Must be able to speak and read the English language (Bilingual is a plus)
