The Permitting Manager is in charge of pulling permits from various cities and counties in a timely fashion, to ensure we are in compliance and can get the work done for our customers on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pulling permits.
• Getting all needed paperwork notarized as needed.
• Ensuring all permits are on site.
• Scheduling inspections between customers and inspectors.
• Follow up to ensure inspection passed or rescheduled.
• Good communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Can work and excel in a fast paced environment.
• Works well with others.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have the ability to learn our processes, programs quickly and apply new procedures as needed.
• Be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and roll with it.
• The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Service Titan platform is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and all other Google applications necessary and various other administration skills.
