About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated, and personable Account Executive & Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll wear many hats, including:

Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage schools during business hours to introduce our innovative solutions.

Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.

Product Demonstrations: Showcase our cutting-edge software solutions to prospective customers.

Marketing Support: Assist with creating and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.

On-Site Visits & Conferences: Travel to customer sites in Miami and beyond, and represent ConciergePad at conferences and events.

Location: This role is based in Miami, FL, with opportunities to travel locally and nationally. A reliable vehicle is required for driving to customer sites when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is passionate about connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with decision-makers in schools.
Flexibility to travel for conferences and events as needed.
A background in sales, customer success, or marketing is a plus!

⏰ Work Schedule:
During School Hours: Engage schools when they are in session, ensuring optimal connection times.

Compensation:
