Successful Real Estate company Looking For Bookkeeper/ Accountant

Are you an experienced bookkeeping or accounting professional looking for a dynamic role in real estate, construction, and property management? We're seeking a Bookkeeper / Accountant / Office Manager to join our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

### About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting various accounting functions. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with financial data in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions, including AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Payroll Processing: Manage and process weekly payroll.
- Account Reconciliation: Maintain supplier accounts, verify transactions, and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial reports, assist with month-end and year-end close, and support internal/external audits.
- Administrative Support: Maintain bookkeeping policies and procedures, organize financial records, and assist with documentation for construction projects.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Process payments, track insurance certificates for audits, and manage communications with vendors.
- Other Duties: Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed by leadership.

### Qualifications
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, AppFolio, Excel, and Word.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with AIA documents is a plus.
- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
