We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Services Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the seamless operation of our office by providing administrative support and facilitating effective communication with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial industry while working closely with established financial advisors in a boutique financial planning firm. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general computer skills are essential and required for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications

Setting up client appointments

Opening new client accounts/ maintaining existing client profiles

Managing filing systems

Greeting clients and visitors as needed

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing

Coordinating client meetings and events as necessary

Database management

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

High school diploma or associate's degree

Experience as an office assistant or related job

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Warm personality with strong communication skills

Ability to work well under limited supervision

Experience working in the finance field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
