We’re hiring a Physician Assistant who wants steady income, strong clinical support, and meaningful, impact-driven work in a busy outpatient setting.
You’ll step into a primary care role managing both acute and chronic conditions in a productive outpatient clinic. This environment operates at a slightly higher daily volume and is ideal for a provider who enjoys staying engaged while still delivering patient-centered care within a collaborative team model.
You’ll practice in Panama City, Florida, a Gulf Coast community known for its beaches, growing healthcare presence, and affordable coastal lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $95,000 to $125,000 depending on experience
