As a digital transformation consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective change management and process improvement skills is crucial for your client's future. You're eager to apply your consulting experience and full knowledge of technology and people to develop creative solutions. We're looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you'll be trusted to transform an Air Force client by implementing digital initiatives that improve mission efficiency and effectiveness. Using modern software tools and best practices in change management and process improvement, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to develop and contribute to transformative technology and business solutions. In this role, you'll directly impact the Air Force by implementing digital initiatives in alignment with industry best practices and DoD guidance. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in organizational change management or process improvement

• Experience in creating process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted business systems teams

• Experience engaging stakeholders to adopt new processes

• Ability to develop presentations and present to Senior Leaders, General Officers, and business executives

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with DoD or Air Force

• Experience with analyzing processes, reengineering alternatives, and comprehending technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment

• Ability to use digital tools and modern data platforms

• Possession of excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

• Possession of excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
