Estimated Duration: 5+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience as a Senior Recruiter (2+ years);
• Experience performing professional/technical and non-technical recruiting activities (sourcing, screening, and interviewing etc.);
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools;
• Experience being engaged in continuous development as it relates to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP), Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), general compliance, military hiring, and other diversity initiatives.

Preferred:
• Experience in energy/utilities industry.

Responsibilities:
• Perform professional/technical and non-technical recruiting activities while complying with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines;
• Implement corporate college relations, recruitment, and high school development programs.
• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to identify top talent;
• Interact with search firms and employment agencies and place advertisements in various publications;
• Coordinate employment/recruitment activities to ensure consistent interpretation of corporate policies and processes;
• Provide daily advice and interpretation to managers and supervisors on federal, state, and corporate policies;
• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts and proactively reach out to potential candidates to attract top talent.
